The Molecular Twin platform, a cutting-edge AI-driven precision medicine tool, integrates multi-omic data to accurately predict outcomes for patients with resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Analyzing 6,363 clinical and molecular features, the study identified that a full multi-omic model delivers the highest predictive accuracy for disease survival (DS), with plasma protein emerging as the strongest single-omic predictor. Remarkably, a streamlined model using only 589 features achieved comparable predictive performance, demonstrating the platform's efficiency. This approach not only advances biomarker discovery but also sets a foundation for democratizing precision cancer medicine, enabling robust outcome predictions and tailored treatments with reduced resource dependency.
