The newly developed tool, mosGraphGen, generates biologically meaningful multi-omics signaling graphs (mos-graphs) by integrating and normalizing multi-omics data. This tool allows researchers to map complex genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets onto signaling networks, enhancing their use in graph AI models. By providing pre-analyzed graphs, mosGraphGen simplifies model development and interpretation. Demonstrated with data from The Cancer Genome Atlas and Alzheimer’s disease studies, mosGraphGen proves to be a powerful resource for advancing integrative multi-omics research.
